A lot has transpired since he posted his first photograph of a Skx 007 on a NATO strap back in July 2017. Not only has the image quality steadily improved but so has his collection of featured timepieces, which now includes a Submariner 16610, Pepsi 16710, and Speedy 145022! Some things haven’t changed, however. Watches remain the heart and soul of his account – no compromises or distractions. You won’t find Porsche steering wheels or staged bottles of Veuve Cliquot lingering in the background of his images. If you’ve ever searched for watch videos on YouTube, chances are you’ve come across Horology House. With some 37,000 subscribers, this account is hardly a secret anymore. Expect to find everything from rankings to Grand Seiko close-ups. Their YouTube channel is certainly worth a visit. On the other hand, the Horology House Instagram account primarily features still images, but the quality is just as high. They’ve clearly invested in top-notch equipment, which makes for crisp images of the Rolex Explorer 2’s luminous indices, for example. Their feed is certainly a treat for any watch enthusiast!

This next account may seem a bit off topic, but if you’re a fan of photography, it may be worth a follow. As an amateur photographer myself, I spend a lot of time browsing Instagram and gathering inspiration to pick up my camera and head outdoors. Ryan’s account was recently recommended to me by Instagram – well done, algorithm! I was immediately impressed by his feed. It features stunning images of people and places in and around Rome and beyond. His second account, @doorsofitaly, is full of unique Italian doors and facades that will transport you to the streets of Italia.

This edition’s celebrity follow is Trevor Noah. Current host of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show,” Noah is one of the most highly-regarded comedians on the international stage. He’s also the bestselling author of an equal parts hilarious and sobering book chronicling his upbringing in South Africa. Apart from that, this 35-year-old is a known entity among many watch fans. If you take a closer look at his videos and photographs, you might notice some fine-looking timepieces on his wrist. When it comes to watches, Noah can certainly hold his own with other prominent watch-loving talk show hosts like Ellen DeGeneres. We’ve already spotted a President Day-Date with a champagne dial, an Everose gold Rolex GMT-Master II, an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore, and a Royal Oak Jumbo! I’d venture a guess that Trevor Noah’s collection doesn’t stop there!
