To avail of assistance, the watch must be sent, at the buyer's expense, to our headquarters. Shipping costs will be refunded if the issue is covered by the warranty. Each USED watch is also subjected to a waterproof test. Only watches that pass the test are put up for sale, however, we always recommend maximum attention.
